Can I use Luxeteeth products with my own oral care products?

Our products are either designed to operate on any teeth or, in the case of our Electric Toothbrush, in conjunction with our specially designed Purple Teeth Whitening Serum. We highly recommending using it once or twice a day after brushing with your regular toothpaste. You should routinely brush morning and night using this product for maximum whitening results.

Which ingredients will whiten my teeth?

Glycerin, Aqua/Water, Sorbitol, Hydrated Silica, Xylitol, Polysorbate 80, Cellulose Gum, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Sucralose, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, CI17200/D&C Red No. 33, CI42090/FD&C Blue No.1, and Ethylhexylglycerin work together to promote long-term whitening, as well as deep yellow destaining, on the teeth. These potent ingredients also prevent breath odor and cavities!

Are Luxeteeth products travel-friendly?

Yes! Our dentist-grade, oral care products can be carried onto airplanes in your personal bag. Do NOT store them in your checked luggage, as the Electric Toothbrush lithium ion batteries are prohibited in checked baggage. Additionally, all of our serums comply with TSA guidelines for carry-on luggage and are 100mL or less. Some countries limit the number of bottles in your carry-on, so please confirm with your travel agent or airline you are able to travel with your entire oral care set.

Do I pair the Purple Teeth Whitening Serum with a device?

The Purple Teeth Whitening Serum was specially formulated to work with our Electric Toothbrush to help increase teeth whiteness and glow, and help reduce the appearance of yellow stains. Plus, the serum is long-lasting to provide the perfect cushioned glide for your Electric Toothbrush sessions.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Absolutely! For all our customers in the United States, enjoy free shipping on orders over $20. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping rate of just $5 applies.

How quickly do you ship?

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days, but we aim to ship orders within 1 business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! On international orders, tax and custom duties will be charged during checkout so that you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

We currently ship unrestricted to the following locations:

Canada and the United Kingdom

Bear in mind, due to limited processing lanes and reduced air freight availability for shipments leaving the US border, sometimes international packages experience delays. If your tracking number hasn’t updated in more than 2 weeks, please reach out to us so we can investigate the issue for you.

What if my package is Late or Lost?

1. Is your delivery running late? 

We ask that you wait four additional business days beyond your Expected Delivery Date to allow for any carrier delays. 

2. Didn't receive your order and the tracking status shows Delivered? 

We ask that you please allow two additional business day past the delivered scan as the carrier may have accidentally scanned the delivery too early. 

Please be sure to check around for your package; carriers will leave packages in hidden places so it cannot be seen from the street. Check to see if someone else, like a neighbor or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted delivery on your behalf. Some carriers may also deliver packages to your mail box instead of your doorstep.

3. Have you already waited the additional time and still don't have your package?

What if my item arrives Damaged?

What if I am missing an item from my order?

At times we send packages in multiple shipments. You'll receive an email from us with each shipment and the items included.

1. Check the status of your order

2. Verify the items that should be included with each tracking number 

3. If you don't see a tracking number next to an item, it's still being fulfilled unless the quantity shows as 0 or you received a cancelation email from us

Do you offer warranty?

Absolutely! For all electric toothbrushes, we offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of your original purchase. If your device does not work properly due to a manufacturer's defect, we will replace it free of charge within that 30-day timeframe. Warranty replacements are processed after returned items are received, when applicable.  For more information about how to initiate a return, please see our Return Policy.

This warranty does not cover devices damaged by:

- Accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration.

- Theft or loss.

- Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than as instructed.

- Connecting to incorrect current and voltage.

- Service or repair by unauthorized persons.

This warranty extends only to the original retail purchase, original retail purchase date, with original proof of purchase (such as retail store receipt or Luxeteeth order number) and only when purchased from an authorized retailer or reseller. Warranty replacements are processed after returned defective items are received, when applicable.

This warranty only extends if the device is used in conjunction with authorized device accessories (such as charging cable). The Luxeteeth warranty does not extend to Luxeteeth teeth whitening products, which are solely subject to the Luxeteeth Return Policy. 

Luxeteeth will not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this device. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability are limited in duration to thirty days from date of original purchase.

What is your return policy?

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please click here. Returns must be shipped back and in transit to our warehouse within 14 days of the return request confirmation in order to process a refund.

For eligible returns, a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided for U.S. orders only, and for return shipping from a U.S. location only. If you have sent your return using a different carrier/different shipping label than the label provided, please provide the tracking information. Shipping costs associated with using a different carrier or a different return label are non-refundable.

In order to receive a full refund, returns must include the product, all original packaging, instructions, and accessories. All items must be returned and in good, working condition with normal wear and tear.

Returns will be fully inspected upon receipt to ensure good working condition of all components. If any of the components are missing, dirty or damaged, the cost of the affected component will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after your return is received. We can only process returns for products sold on theluxeteeth.com. Refunds post to your original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to appear. All shipping fees are not refundable (most orders qualify for free shipping).

Teeth whitening products are eligible for physical return if they are unopened and in their original packaging.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.  

Customers who purchase a Luxeteeth device from an authorized retailer or reseller, rather than directly from Luxeteeth, should contact that authorized retailer or reseller, not Luxeteeth, with questions about returns. 

For international orders: We cannot provide free return labels for international clients. International return shipping fees are not covered by Luxeteeth.

When will I receive my refund?

We’ll send you an email to confirm your refund amount once it’s issued for online purchases. If it is 30 days or less from the day you received it, you’ll receive a refund to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. For more details on how you’ll be refunded see our return policy.  

1. Why did I not get an email confirming my refund?

If a credit was issued prior to an order shipping or being picked up, such as a qualifying price adjustment, then we’ll take the amount off the final charge. While we don’t send an email to confirm the adjustment your updated total will be reflected with your final charge in your shipping confirmation email.

2. I’m not seeing my refund posted to my credit/debit card, what should I do next?

We suggest allowing up to 30 days for a refund to show in your account as credits issued to PayPal or ApplePay may take longer appear. If it’s been more than 30 days, contact us for more help.
